NO COD unless stated otherwise.
Delivery time is usually 3 business days after we receive payment from the orders you made.
All delivery will be handled by Pos Laju or Express. The tracking code will be sent either via email or sms (depending on buyer's preference) once the item is sent. Please check your shipment status on www.pos.com.my

*** Please note that Interbank/Giro Transfers have 24 to 48 hours delay before payment is credited into our bank account.

Modes of Payment
- ATM/I-banking Transfer to Maybank2u.
- ATM/I-banking Transfer to Public Bank Bank.
- ATM/I-banking Transfer to Hong Leong Bank.
- Interbank transfers from other banks to our Maybank/Public Bank/ Hong Leong Bank. (Please inform us in advance. This is to ensure we can estimate when payment will be through successfully as banks need 2-4 working days to process the transfers)
- Concealed cash via registered mail. (NOT to be send by normal posting mail. If lost, responsibility will be bared by buyer)
- Paypal transfers for overseas buyers.

Refund Policy
We will only do refunds when the item ordered is out of stock. Other than that reason, it will not be entertained.
Not applicable for overseas buyers.
Exchange Policy
NO exchange allowed. Once items are sold and sent, exchange of items are not allowed.
Overseas Order Policy
- Overseas orders are accepted if payments can be made through Paypal.
- Overseas buyers are required to make 1 full payment. No splitting of payments are entertained.
- Postage charges from Malaysia to your country will be charge according to the weight of the parcel and depending of mode of postage. (normal registered / express)
- If items placed by buyers are out of stock, money paid will not be refund. Instead, buyer will be required to choose another item of similar value and weight. Alternatively, buyer is allowed to use the money to order other items for future sprees.
Duty & GST Charges by Customs (*Only applicable for overseas buyers)
Do note that we might be required to pay the customs duty and GST charges. The amount to be charged will be 7% of the value of the parcel. If we get charged, buyers will be informed to make additional payment. The amount to be paid will be based on the number of items purchased.
Eg. If we are charged RM50 for 50 items, therefore 1 item = RM1.00. If 2 items are purchased, the amount need to be paid will be 2 x RM1 = RM2.00 for GST.
Ammendments
We reserve the rights to ammend any part of the Terms and Conditions as well as adjust the fees to be collected if we find it to be not appropriate / undercharged.
